Very good. The loctation was great - it wasn't a far walk to the trevi fountain and the spanish steps but it was far enough away that it wasn't too busy. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was also plenty of storage for our luggage too. The bathroom was huge so that was also a bonus.. Some non-paper cups would have been good or some cutlery. Just some small amenities would have been nice to have.

Great location and staff for family.. Fantastic hosts and location. Room was exactly what we needed and could not have asked for more.. Hot water took a little time but it’s vacation…so what’s the rush.

Perfect location and wonderful hotel.. We always stay at Hotel King while in Rome. We brought a small group of family and friends with us and Hotel King was wonderful as always. The rooms were lovely and the location was perfect. The staff is so helpful and kind. The breakfast was so delicious. We love the outdoor breakfast area. Thank you for a great stay.. Everything was great!.

Fabulous stay in Rome. Great central location into Rome. Spanish Steps less than a ten minute walk away. We walked all over the city and found nowhere too far to go. Fantastic restaurant across the road we visited a couple of times. Cheap price for our stay and we had absolutely no complaints. Breakfast buffet was brilliant (continental) and set us up for the day.. .

Save your money, don’t go!. When we arrived into our room we noticed immediately our room looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The air conditioning was cracked, the tiles were smashed and the whole room was so dirty including the carpet. The pillows were very thin and the bed was rock hard. We had a view of the fire escape which we couldn’t even see out of so the room was very dull and dark. We asked for a refund and was told we couldn’t get one as that was what we booked when it looked nothing like the photos online. I couldn’t recommend to anyone visiting rome. We managed to leave immediately and book an airbnb else where.. .

Very good. Breakfast was good, room was a great size for a triple sharing. Door did not close well in the bathroom but not a huge deal.. .
