Family-friendly. Great Family-Friendly Experience!
We stayed at the hotel as a family from March 20 to 24. From the very first day, both the managers and the bellboys in the lobby were extremely helpful with everything. Since we were traveling with a baby, cleanliness and room conditions were very important to us, and everything was well taken care of. During breakfast, the staff was always ready to assist in any way they could. Thank you for everything!. .

The view is at a cemetery/ graveyard. Comfortable bed. The price is not worth the place, the view of the hotel is at a cemetery/ graveyard and the location is very trafficked..

Best 5-star in Istanbul with amazing staff. I would like to give 'Amazing & Best rating' to Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli. Usually most important during a stay is room comfort, food, location and service and at Marriott Sisli everything is great. Staff at Marriott Sisli will do everything to make your stay beautiful, comfortable and memorable. I would like mention one name which stands out Mert Ceylan (Guest Relations Manager). He is suberb and stand out for his extra mile to customers and make then feel special. Other staff members such as Bahadir Turkgeldi and everyone else is also amazing and so warm and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to visit again. Thanks Istanbul Marriott Sisli team.. .

Very good. Staff was very helpful food was amazing the spa is also very good. There were some workers working on the walls of my bedroom door and my son’s room which made it look like a construction site and also was very noisy for 2 days once we complained they stopped the work.

Great location and breakfast, rooms are not comfortable. Great location, great staff, great breakfast but very very horrible bedrooms. I made a big mistake by staying here and I should stick with my original choice at JW Marriott or the renaissance hotel. My 1st night I woke up all my clothes soaking wet. I thought because of weather change and I’m catching something and started coughing the next day. The same for other days I wake every morning my t shirt wet and all the sheets too. By the 6th night I was complaining to my friends just to learn all of us having the same issue with the room where the thermostat didn’t work. The room very hot even when we shut off the heat. The temperature will not drop below 23c. Couple of the hotel managers came to asked us and we shared our experience with them but they did not nothing to fix the issue. They compensated us by putting fruit plate in each room. What a joke. I plan to file an official complaint with marriot Bonvey once I arrive home. The hotel managers and maintenance team need to check their rooms before letting customers stay. My group of 6 most of us got sick here.. .

Very pleasant , mr bilal at the reception was very helpful. Very central metro is just 5 mins walk. The bedrooms have carpets which were quiet dirty. Pls remove carpets.
