- Noisy street outside after 9pm till about 3am
- No air conditioning or fans so the rooms at night got really hot and stuffy to an uncomfortable level and you couldn’t open the window due to the noise
- On both the Friday and Saturday night we had noisy neighbours who came back around midnight and were loud and bellowing in the hallway. .

Amazing stay. Just got back from a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in we felt completely at ease everyone we came across is so friendly. Even after check in a lovely man (so sorry forgot his name) showed us to our room which was a lovely touch.
We stayed in a classic room and it was lovely, everything you could need and quite a good size considering in the middle of a city. It was clean and modern and very comfy beds. The only niggles I have is there wasn't enough tea bags (one English breakfast the rest herbal teas) but I just went and brought my own and the rooms did get very warm at night but considering how much we walked around all day, soon fell asleep 😊
Breakfast was lovely. Tasty scrambled eggs 😋 plenty of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, bread and juices and of course the coffee ☕
Overall would definitely recommend this hotel wne travelling to this beautiful city 😊. .

Fab stay. My husband and I are just back from a long weekend in the rome life hotel and I would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and a good size for a base. The location is excellent for walking into all local tourist spots. Around the hotel is a number of excellent resturants and bars. If I return to Rome which I hope it will I'll stay here again !. .
