I enjoyed my stay. The most important thing is the cooperation and assistance of the staff. I really appreciate Ms. Shohida attention and prompt response to my case as she was so efficient and responsive which made my stay stress-free. I will come back again and I highly recommend this hotel the room very comfy and the breakfast was variable and the location is perfect.. .

Istanbul trip. The room and bathroom was nice and spacious, especially the shower cubicle. All staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpfull.. The breakfast was good but they only served boiled egg or omlet. I had to pay extra for fried eggs. Even though kitchen staff tried very hard, there was still a language barrier as an English speaking guest.
The mattress was a bit too soft and the pillows were a bit too high but overall a very nice experience. Thanks Ibis Styles Merter..

Nice location and great value for your money.. The building, rooms and location are nice.. Room amenities are limited. The bathroom had terrible washbasin. All the water dripped onto the floor when u used it..
