Poor. The location was good, because it was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was small, with very narrow spaces, making it difficult to move around. It felt unsafe, with the room posing several hazards, particularly the bathroom. Additionally, there were no safety signs in case of an emergency. The staff was rude, and for a place that calls itself a hotel, they lacked basic hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I experienced zero warmth or friendliness. Over the course of my stay, I interacted with three different receptionists, and none of them were welcoming or approachable. For instance, if I didn't greet them first with a "Good morning" or "Good evening," they wouldn't acknowledge me at all.
We also had issues with the air conditioning, and when we sought assistance from the receptionist, he simply told us to open the window if it wasn’t working. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust causing me to develop a sore throat. The breakfast was subpar; the crepes were dry and tasted like leftovers from the previous day, and the same dish was served the next day. If you arrived early for breakfast, you might get pastries, ham, and yogurt, but if you came an hour after breakfast started, you'd be lucky to get anything other than coffee, as they didn’t refill the buffet.
The woman serving breakfast was unprofessional, often on her phone when guests needed assistance. On one occasion, she seated us at a dirty table, and we had to ask her to clean it. Another time, she used her hands to wipe the table down for another guest to sit. The overall experience was disappointing and far from what I expected from a hotel..

When we checked in, one of the rooms was not properly serviced. We booked two rooms, one of the rooms we checked in to did not have any soap in the bathroom and was not provided with water bottles and slippers like our other room. The hair dryer in the bathroom was also not functioning. We checked in during the evening. When we went to the reception, they told us that room service is only available in the morning and they could not do anything. They just handed us a soap bottle. None of the other items were provided in the morning as well. Also morning room service only organizes the bed sheets and does not replace with new ones. The guy at the reception provided us with a separate hair dryer when we asked for one. Our key cards also stopped working twice, so we had to go back down to the reception twice to get it fixed - not an easy task when you have small kids waiting to get in at the door. Positive - good location, most of the staff were friendly, but would appreciate more professionalism. .
