Perfect Location. Great little hotel close to the metro and several restaurants. We chose this hotel because of the positive reviews and the proximity to the finish line of the Semi de Paris half marathon.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early, and they held our bags after we checked out. The room was a little small, which is to be expected for Paris, but my friend and I are both small people so it worked out fine.. .

Rundown property. Outdated. Needs renovation.. This is not a 3 star hotel. False advertising as the online photos do not convey how run down and dilapidated this property is.
The carpet is severely worn, to the point of holes.
The furniture is in disrepair.
Paint is missing everywhere you look.
The towels and robes are cheap, thin, and rough.
It just feels dirty due to the condition of the property.
It is a very noisy area.
I would look elsewhere for accommodations.

Misrepresented and Over-priced. Do not be fooled by the pictures posted by this establishment, as they do not represent the true state and condition of the hotel and its rooms. Said rooms are old and tired. You will find unattractive green wall-to-wall carpeting from years gone by; old drapes; yellow stains on the bedding; torn and decades-old wallpaper; a tiny bathroom, with a vent that sounds like a vacuum cleaner which never stops; broken baseboards; a lobby that looks like it hasn't been renovated in 30 years.
It was all so very disappointing. When I complained, I was shown another room, which was as bad or worse than the other. There were signs of water damage ( yellow stains) on the ceiling; yet again, the walls were covered with old and torn wallpaper; the lamp shades were full of dents etc.
I think that the owners and staff are so used to the decrepitude, that they don't even see it anymore.
On one occasion, I asked the front desk to turn down the heat in our room, as it was super uncomfortable and really affected our quality of sleep, but they never did. When the cleaning staff finally came to the room, we were told that the heating/AC system is so old, that it doesn't work properly.
This is not a 3 star hotel. It is at most a 2 star hotel, and clients should be charged accordingly.
We were granted a 10% discount after we complained, but this was hardly enough to compensate for the very poor quality-price ratio of the product.. .
