Beware ,fire hazard whilst under renovation. Regrettably I did not check trip advisor reviews but rely on dated reviews from Google map (3 stars rating) before selecting this hotel based on my criteria of economics and proximity to airport as I had to catch a flight at 6am the next morning. Taking a cab from downtown Istanbul in the early morning would come with some rip offs esp cabs hailed from the street. This hotel was a shocker as it was in midst of extensive renovations and building materials were stored in the stairs landing at various levels. If there was a fire (through short circuit), there is no way to escape if the lifts are not to be used during a fire hotel floor was wet on the night we checked in and the place looked like a war zone as some reviewers before me had commented. Room is sufficiently clean but the walls are thin. still I would trade safety for price. Going forth, I 'd better to rely on trip advisor (TA) than on Google reviews as TA and Booking.com reviewers are unlikely fake esp you can tell through their good command of the language (unless in India) and critical reviews Once their renovations are completed, I might change my rating. For now, I don t think they are fit for occupation unless reviews show the fire hazards are since removed.. .

Avoid! Awful service and practices!. Awful people! Canceled the reservation with 3 hours before checking in under the pretext the card is not working even I had funds and was using the card for 2 weeks in Turkey! After updating the card with another one same response! Pasive aggressive response when asked why and unwilling to honour rhe reservations! Very likely gave the room with a higher price! Highly not recommending it!. .

Does the job. Managed to book early so got the room very cheap. Only stayed one night so didn't explore the area. Rooms were modern and clean. The only downside is that the corridors were dirty and crampy. Also, taxi cost from hotel to sultanahmet was very expensive. I would recommend booking a taxi not from the hotel. Instead, book your own (go outside of the hotel and you will see lots of taxis passing by). My review is based on paying £20 a night. .

Solid airport option. Friendly and helpful check-in even though I was very late - just before 1am - and only booked an hour or so before arrival. Lots of wind noise from road side - but there was a storm blowing through. There is no transfer to airport, but Reception helped me get a taxi; they had it arrive within five minutes of my asking (impressive considering it was 6.30am) and it cost a shade under 100 lira on the meter.. .

Close to airport and great value. Close to airport, great value for money, nice staff (especially Dinara - Receptionist). .

Not fancy, just wonderful and super friendly!. We stayed at the Fly and Stay on our last night in Istanbul. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, free bottled water, tea, coffee, refrigerator, and everything that you would expect at a much pricier hotel. Further, the staff was so kind, helpful, and directed us to wonderful restaurants. Of the places we ate in Turkey, the butcher/restaurant directly across the street was the juiciest chicken and meatballs we have ever had....so delish. Everything they served us was just delicious. We highly recommend this wonderful little hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Pam and Gene . .

. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. 1 night stay was good. It’s 10-15 minutes from the ISTANBUL airport . .

Dont waste your time and money. First of all it took us 10 mins to find the main entrance. The door was broken. There was scrapped furniture in front of our room, no room cleaning service, not helpfull at all. ONly Mila was helpful the night shift guy was not at all. Its not a Hotel just a hostel mismanged. Not recommended at all. Dont waste your money and time.. .

never ask the staff of this hotel to order a taxi for you. If you need a taxi, then the hotel staff calls their familiar taxi drivers. I got a real criminal. It's no secret that in Istanbul you can run into a bad taxi driver. And I first wanted to download an application for ordering a taxi. But then I thought that if the hotel ordered a taxi, it would reduce the risk. This turned out to be a mistake. The taxi driver didn't just raise the fare three times, he threatened me and beat me. I didn't go to the police just because I was afraid of missing my plane.. .
