Bedroom fine, but bathroom gross.. Staff is wonderful. They were very kind and friendly. Location is perfect. Bed was clean and room was quiet.. The shower was absolutely disgusting. Black mold on all the grout and ceiling of the shower. Toilet seat cover was literally taped together..

Good. Staff were really helpful. Facility generally dated. Not sure why they had a sensor light in bathroom...I wasn't tall enough to trigger the Sensor light with our waving my hands around and so it kept going off while having shower.

Fantastic room, staff, location and service. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they were amazing helping me to organise a surprise. The location is exceptional and it’s super easy to get around and see all the major sights in Paris. .

We liked everything except lights.. No general lights were in the room, only small lights next to the bed..
