Hotel beyond its best years but good value for money.. The staff was kind and helpful.
Location is very good and you can reach the main sights and ferry in no time.
We needed to change the room, since water was coming out of the wall. But the staff was very helpful and we could switch rooms in no time.
Aircon didn’t work, so we needed to open the window regularly. Wouldn’t be a problem, but next to the hotel they are grilling fish 24/7 so the room smelled badly.. .

Look at array of improvements. Location was great accessible by public transport
Rodrigue the receptionist was awesome, very kind and great hotel orientation.
The rooms were clean. Room allocated had no window view.
The receptionist during our bags picking a big white boy was rude but I ignored.
Breakfast was cold the two times we had it and they didn’t replenish (even after request) anything that was depleted despite the fact that we had breakfast between 9.30 and 10am. Breakfast ends at 11am.

Good staff but bad rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but we experienced significant issues with the rooms. Strong odors of food from the kitchen and the constant sound of running water and pipes was disruptive made it difficult to sleep. The rooms lacked proper soundproofing—they were separated only by thin gypsum boards rather than solid walls. Even the TV was permanently muted, which was inconvenient.. .
