Outstanding!. What a fabulous hotel. All staff from front desk to cleaners and food and beverage departments are outstanding and delivered five star service. We will be back!!! Amazing hotel with excellent leadership. I must say having stayed and managed different properties this one is exceptionally managed and serviced.
I must mention few names from the check in Taylan and Tolga , all the breakfast team and chefs , the cleaners (Cleaning of this hotel is exceptional from Fatima ) to Volcan who offers exceptional service to all guests. But I must mention the exceptional man called Inan who is a true leader (GM) for an exceptional team.

Luxury experience with great staff. I had amazing time in this hotel. It was so so good I have no words to describe. Cleanliness, rooms, bathroom. Most amazing thing was the staff specially Taylan such a gentleman with manners. Cant wait to go again this month. Love it.. Everything was brilliant.
