Overall the hotel is excellent.. The hotel was very welcoming and communication was excellent, The manager Mr. Urhan was helpful. The hotel was very clean at all times, the room was very spacious and cleaned every day and the breakfast was continental with variety of choice and drinks. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning lady Niamat was very helpful, if you needed anything she was always there for you. The stuff were very friendly and the manager Urhan has arranged for us a tour trip to Bursa and we have enjoyed with this trip.I highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is very close to Yanikapi station.. It was frustrating to see the same breakfast every day and the repeated breakfast was not very good because we were there for three weeks..
