Touristic trap. Touristic trap. Cheating with booking.com bookings. Canceled my booking in fake mode, simply say me that I was late and my room is gone. After I exit the hotel they cancel it like it is my fault and I haven’t come. Strongly do not recommend this.. .

Theft in the hotel. Asking the management to contact me.. I booked a night at the skylon airport hotel from February 28 to March 1, 2025. The receptionist suspiciously asked me when I would be absent and when I'd return. During my absence, between the time of check-in at about 10:00 and the time of return to the room at 17:00, my new Xiaomi watch 2 was stolen from the table of my 104 room at the hotel. The floors are equipped with cameras but the management refused to give access to the recording, neither did they tell me the surname and the contact of the receptionist in charge. The reception staff does not give the administrator's contact. I kindly ask the management to figure out this situation and give police the access to the camera recordings.. .

Very poor. Close to the airport. Have shuttle servise. Rooms are spacious. 24 hour check in. We were really tired without sleeping more than 24 hours, so beds felt comfortably and we fell asleep immediatelly.. At first we were given completelly untidied room, it was changed immediatelly after complaining. In the new room sheets had huge holes, but we were to tired to complain again. Room smelled weirdly. No toilet paper..

Avoid this hotel!. I was so disappointed with the hotel. There was noise all night, from the streets and from people coming and going in the corridors, and other noises! I did not get any sleep all night! When we arrived we paid around 15 euros for a taxi from the airport and when we asked the receptionist if he could book a taxi for 4 am the next day, he said that it would be difficult and that we should use their transfer which was 25. We said that the taxi was 15! Well anyways, we could see that he would talk to taxi drivers, I do not know why, but all I know is that our taxi driver the next day was charging us 30 euros!! We complained and he lowered the price. What an awful experience. The hotel has no possibility of having breakfast or a drink. I say on booking that the hotel had a terrace, but it doesn't! There are some shops around, but everything is ugly and dirty. I hated staying in this neighbourhood and hotel. Note: I paid 97 euros for a double room, very expensive considering all this.. .

Pleasant Stay. I enjoyed my stay here, 5 nights before my travel back to London after being in Istanbul for a month. Reception was friendly and it was easy to check in. Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Air Con worked and was much needed at times. There is a fridge to keep drinks cold and complementary waters, teas , coffees. As I had to work, the WiFi was strong which enabled me to hold meetings with colleagues in the UK, for the price I paid I was not disappointed if anything slightly more impressed. There was min noise apart from guests coming and going from the airport but that is to be expected. The bed was very comfy and I had a good nights sleep every night. All in all I would recommend this hotel.. .

Pleasant. Staff was nice, location was good.. Was smoking inside room so stinked inside, bed sheets was dirty looks like it was not cleaned.
