Nice hotel in the the old heart of the city with great breakfast. We liked the hotel itself very much. Location is the heart of the city, very near to all main sightseeings. Garage parking. Very nice breakfast on the upper floor on the big internal mansard. Service was good.. When I was taking shower, hot water was gone. I put my clothes on and went down to the reception asking to warm up water to finish washing. But personnel was nor very helpful at that moment. Later they explained me that soon they could fix problem. The hot water appeared in very short time and I could finish washing, but this minor accident little bit spoiled my general impression. Later personnel impressed their sorrow for this unpleasant situation..

Exceptional. Hotel is at a perfect location, it’s just a minutes walk to main attractions. They have a secure car park, which is a bonus. Reception staff is very friendly and professional, hotel itself it’s really nice and clean. Our room was bigger than what I’ve expected. From checking to checkout everything was so smooth. I would like to than every single person that works at this hotel, and the management. Next time I visit Diyarbakır, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Hope to see you soon. .

A good choice in Diyarbakir -- comfortable and central.. The Amida is a good choice for a visit to this Kurdish city. It is centrally located, close to the historic sites and also to major shopping streets. Don't be put off by the small and rather unimpressive lobby. Once you get inside the hotel you will find large, well-appointed rooms and a huge atrium that houses the restaurant, where you will get sumptuous traditional breakfasts. Most of the staff don't speak much English, but as happens all over the world now, the Google Translate feature on your phone or laptop allows speakers of different languages to communicate easily. Everybody on the hotel staff went out of their way to make their guests happy.. .

Nice hotel with a cheesy aesthetic in a FANTASTIC location.. It was sort of grand, but in a chintzy way. There was free parking at the otopark directly adjacent to the hotel. Our room had a lovely huge balcony — in the picture but tiny bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets skratchy. The staff was nice enough, but their English wasn’t great. I don’t think anyone told us if there was breakfast. I couldn’t get coffee in the morning from the man in the breakfast area (a pretty atrium with lots of fake plants) he was SO CONFUSED when I asked for cafe, even though he was standing next to an espresso machine. I would’ve taken brewed coffee or espresso or Turkish coffee, but when he finally understood me, he only offered me instant, which was in the room..

They're really good and warm;;;)))). Diyarbakır is the so many historical places in Southern Anatolia.It was really nice and clean hotel. What is good things are so close to Museum Grand Mosque such as historical places. I think that Serap and Yakup gave a lot of value for the guest:::))). .
