Decent hotel in a great neighborhood.. Great location, in a fun neighbor. Friendly staff. Late-ish checkout was convenient. The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows ere flat as pancakes. And my room smelled like mildew for two out of four days..

More hostel than hotel!. This hotel is absolutely more hostel standard than hotel and personally I wouldn’t recommend. The rooms are too small for adults and luggage. The room was falling apart and everything is very limited and bog standard… smallest pillow per person, bare minimum towels and no room amenities. We considered packing up and moving hotels. Spend a little more and stay somewhere better.. .

I booked 15 minutes before arriving, and there was a comfortable clean bed waiting for me - perfect!. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to have breakfast, but I wish I had, since it looked good. The breakfast corner looked clean and inviting.. It was all fine!.

They don’t care about silence. The property has a good location, about 5 minutes from metro station and you can go to anywhere from this station (15 minutes to tower Eiffel). Also there are some bars around.. I arrived on 30th Dec and left 2nd Jan. They were making maintenance in the elevator. I recognized unforeseen events can happen but what disappointed was the noise starting at 8am during my holidays. Hammers, screws machines into the wall, metal parts etc… I texted them asking for silence and I was ignored..

Looking forward to our next visit!. We stayed at the Metallos hotel for 2 nights, with our 16 year old granddaughters. We had a double and a twin room. Admittedly the rooms were small, but then apart from very expensive hotels most rooms in cheaper hotels in Paris usually are . The room and shower room were spotless. The double bed was very large and incredibly comfortable and linen was good quality., there was fan in the room. The shower was excellent, better than most I've used in far more expensive hotels. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
There were lots of restaurants nearby and good transport connections.
Look forward to staying at Hotel Metallos again.. .
