Nice hotel, great staff, can be noisy. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.. The first night I arrived, I wasn't able to get to sleep until 4am due to some group being very loud. The noise carries from other floors, not so much from other rooms. I reported it earlier in the night but the noise didn't stop. Thankfully, the staff allowed me to switch rooms for the remaining nights of my stay..

Good value for money, a little bit out of the center. Good hotel. We spent only 1 night here, but were delighted with the hotel and its staff.
They allowed us to check in the morning after a long flight, highly appreciated!
The room was clean and spacious. Metro, train and bus stations are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was great, it worth the money.
The only negative side of it as mentioned by many here, is that the hotel is a bit out of the center, so every time you want to go sightseeing you can expect a minimum of 30 mins public transportation.
Great value for money all in all.. .

Excited the car park charging everything was amazing. . We had very good night, very clean very professional the only think I didn’t expect it I was charged €20 for the car to be left in the car park when on the website were I booked was free parking . This should be mention on the websites . €20 per night for a car park.

Good. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.
I also loved the loby area where you can relax after walking.. The staff are kind of non professional and don't really know how to talk to the guests in a respectful way.
I had a problem with my room card a couple of times which was annoying. Also, the spa area is a bit messy, used towels everywhere, but this is due to how the guests are behaving. I didn't see how you can get a fresh towel if you go to this area..

Nice hotel - WiFi does not work. The hotel was nice and clean but the WiFi was awful. You could not stay connected for more than 5 minutes and the speed was so slow that email would not load. I had to go to another hotel’s lobby to join a work call. When I asked the front desk they apologized but said there was nothing that could be done. In speaking with others, this is a known issue.. .

Superb. The jacuzzi was great. We could take a rest in it.. They only provided two bottles of water for the first day of our stay. They should provide it every day..
