Good. Cozy and quiet area, the room has everything you need, there are restaurants and a store nearby, not far from the tram and metro. The corkscrew broke, Toilet paper holder too. A bit cramped room.

my stay was awesome. very neat and serene environment. closer to all tourist destination.. for long stays, 2 days interval express cleaning will be very good.

Good facilities, very unprofessional staff.. Facilities are good, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, big bathroom.. However, no daily cleaning of the room nor making the bed or change the towels (I was expecting it included in the price).
And VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE after check-out when I came back to pick-up my suitcase left in the cloakroom. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes (and nearly missed my train at Paris Nord), because the young girl at reception said to not have a card to open the cloakroom, nor any way to reach the colleague having the card (who was in her break "completely unreachable!). The receptionist was very unempathetic, unpolite and careless about finding any solution: "I do not have the card, nor the contact of anyone - you will have to wait". She also refused to call a responsible manager when I requested. Even the taxi-driver who had to wait for more than 15 minutes at the counter was perplexed with the behaviour of this person. After 40 minutes wait, the colleague having the cloakroom card showed-up from inside the dining-room with some food left-overs in her hands, meaning that it would have taken 30 seconds to the receptionist to find her and ask for the card.
Terrible management if customers cannot access their belongings for a long time because the receptionist does not have a card to open the cloakroom.
At breakfast - not enough place setting, tables not ready, so people standing-up and waiting long time for dishes, cups, etc. Staff not really proactive..
