Worst hotel in west Europe. Nothing was good here, literally.. Everything, staff was missing from the desk, they constantly knocking on our door even after we told them not to disturb us.Alot of noise there, every 5 mins you would hear the doors, the carpet was filthy af, the room was so tiny you didnt even had room to lay your clothes.
This is by far the worst hotel I've been in Europe and I was in many.Avoid this hotel for your own good, after check out they told us to wait to check the room like we could do something worse than already was, nothing was worth there more than 10$ anyway.
And dont trust the photos they provide, they do not match the reality..

Not recommendable. the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately there is nothing more positive to say.. The hotel is a complete disappointment. Very loud street noise despite the windows being closed. The doors have to be slammed otherwise the door closers will beep. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, the kettle was broken. The shower didn't work properly and the hairdryer was broken..

Pleasant. Location and staff were great. Bed linens good. Good to be able to have breakfast on-site.. The rooms need a refresh. Bed was uneven. Faucet was not properly attached to sink. Cabinet under sink was damaged..

Poor. One staff member was really greatful and approachable, which brightened the stay and took it away from formally complaining.
Lication is great, where we were able to access Monmartr and Moulin Rouge by foot, good metro links. We were surprised of local Sunday market on the main street, right in gront of the hotel.. Room was dirty (especially carpet), in need of improvement a lot, as so many broken stuff, like furniture, curtain rail, chipped walls...
Mini bar - didn't exist, apart from a small fridge (but that's how it supposed to be stated in the advertisement). No tea or coffee sachets provided, just a kettle, so had to buy own supplies (not a great thing, when you arrive at the hotel late in the evening).
Staff is arrogant and rude. Although Booking reservation stated about city tax being paid, been charged extra. At first, price was 20 euros, then suddenly increased to 30 (out of blue, without explanation). When challenged, staff suggested us to contact the police and scared us, that they will not accommodate us. Because we arrived late at night, we were not in the position to look out for alternative...
Well, after such an awful experience, we will not consider to book there again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!.

Superb. The locations was very good, the suíte is nice but lack a good view from the window.. The bed was a bit curved in the center. Though I had good nigths of sleeping there.
