A well placed hotel in Turkey's capital. Ankara is not a tourist destination. Visitors are usually involved in business and need a comfortable, well-located and well run hotel for their visit here. I have stayed in the Cassiel Hotel on two occasions over the last six months and have found it excellent in every way. The breakfast spread is always fresh and good - typical Turkish fayre, and the staff will bring you any extra items such as an omelette or fresh orange juice. The decor is stylish, the rooms comfortable (there is even a "pillow menu"!), and above all - for me an absolute must - everything in the bathroom works, with an abundance of hot water. The front-desk staff and porters are all helpful and always pleasant. Sure there is a mosque nearby with the standard calls to prayer, but where in Turkey isn’t there one? This is not a problem. Unlike in hot, noisy and crowded Istanbul, you can get to your meetings cool and unhurried anywhere in town from this location. Full marks!. .

. Resepsiyon daki beyfendi 15 dk civarında bekletti gerekçesi onay bekliyormuş bu durum biraz rahatsız etti.. .

Beautiful Hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and most of them spoke English. The neighborhood is a quiet part of town yet not that far from city center. the only complain was that the walls are too thin and you can hear easily whats happening in other rooms. even phone conversations and coughing.. .

Öneririm. Kahvaltı biraz geliştirilebilir. Onun dışındaki her şeyi çok inçe düşünüp yapmışlar. Öneririm. .

vasatın altında bir konaklama. Otele girişte rezerve ettiğim oda verilmedi itiraz ettim değiştirildi. Duş küveti sürekli dışarı su kaçırıyordu. Kahvaltı vasatın altındaydı yiyecek kalitesinden de sunumdan da servistende memnun kalmadım. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı ama bu bir oteli iyi yapmak için yeterli değil. .

. Otele girdiğimiz gün 5'e kadar temizlik devam etti, süpürge sesleri bir türlü susmadı. Odalarda kesinlikle ses yalıtımı yok. Çıkış yapacağımız gün check out saatine 15 dakika kala çıkıyor musunuz diye aradı resepsiyon. Kahvaltı vasat bile değil. Bunlar haricinde otel temiz, odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve dizaynı güzeldi. The room cleaning went on until 5 pm on our check in day, vacuum cleaner did not stop in no way. There is no sound insulation in the rooms. 15 minutes before the checkout time, the reception called to ask if we leave. The breakfast not even mediocre. Apart from these, hotel is clean, enough size rooms and beautiful design.. .

. Grand delux oda diye para aldıkları oda o kadar küçüktü ki anlatamam. Arayıp odanız jakuzili değil mi ona göre alacağım diye teyit etmeme ve onun parasını Ödemiş olmama rağmen verilen odada duşakabin vardı. Ben bu odayı almadığımı jakuzili odayı aldığımı resepsiyonu arayıp söylediğimde ise yapacak bir şeylerinin olmadığını ve odalarının dolu olduğunu söylediler. O zaman dolu otele rezervasyon alıp kötü odayı vermeyeceklerdi. İlk defa başımıza böyle saygısızca bir şey geliyor. Resepsiyonistin telefondaki tavrı ise ekstra kötü ve komikti ‘benim yapacak bir şeyim yok jakuzili odalarımız dolu’ , normal odayı jakuzili oda diye insanlara yutturmayı amaç edinmişler sanırım!. .
