Great for tourism, a little disappointing for the price. Pros:
- great location, walking distance to most tourist attractions
- staff are LOVELY and so helpful
- hotel itself is beautifully decorated
- room was lovely and spacious
- bed was very comfortable
- very clean! Bedding smells lovely
- shower was lovely and powerful
- checkout is 11am
Cons:
- outside noise is very loud. Cars bibbing, bin men working at 4am and lots of general street noise
- inside noise is also very loud. You can hear everyone and everything going on
- no smart TV
- was awoken multiple times in the night and early morning because of all the noise inside and outside
- cleaners start cleaning other rooms at about 7.30am so if you’re looking for a lay in.. probably won’t happen. .

Fabulous hotel in great location. Excellent staff, great location and super clean room. Would definitely stay again 🙌. The room was very quiet, and the bathroom facilities were clean. There is a restaurant attached that you get a discount at that was serving beautiful food. Big thanks to the staff for helping me with recommendations, directions and for taking the time to constantly check in with me about my missing luggage. .

Great place to stay for a romantic getaway. Fantastic value for your stay.. The room was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book taxi's, which took 2-4 minutes to arrive once a staff member called the taxi company. It was within a good walking distance from a lot of tourist sites which was great. Plenty of shops near by which made it even better from a location standpoint.. The doorways seemed small. There is nothing they could do about it since it's an old building. Nothing wrong with the property. I think I just wanted expecting to have to walk through a few doors sideways..

First Visit to Rome. The decor; modern, and I appreciated that more than I thought I would. And the staff. They were beyond nice and very helpful. Nothing specific against the hotel. Metro wasn't working so we did way more walking to any of the sites..

Superb. Very friendly staff, showed you main attractions and where to go, recommended restaurants and gave walking times, comfy bed and lovely spacious room. Stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and added the romantic room service breakfast which was amazing and made the stay more special.. Only thing I would say is it can be quite noisy on the street and with cars beeping- but not the hotel’s fault..

Dharma is a great boutique hotel with amazing staff service.. Dharma hotel was an amazing stay.
The staff was outstanding, Anna and the rest of the team were always attentive to any needs. The hotel was clean and greatly located.
Good location in Rome.
They also suggested great places to eat and always available for taxi or restaurant reservations.. .
