Beautiful Parisian style hotel. When I entered the hotel I was greeted by the lovely staff at the hotel reception, they explained everything I needed to know and told me where my room was and about breakfast. When I got to my room I loved how the room was decorated as it was very girly and Parisian style. The location was also perfect as it was less than a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and also the Eiffel Tower is nearby too.. I would have liked if my room was a little bigger or had a view onto the street but I was still very happy during my stay at this hotel..

Great Location and Friendly Staff. We had a good experience at this hotel. We traveled with our 1 YO, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Sahem specifically consistently asked if she could be of help, and provided us with assistance multiple times (booking a taxi, sharing tips of places to visit, etc). The hotel does not have a kitchenette or fridge in the rooms, but the staff was always happy to store milk and other foods in the main refrigerator of the hotel. The location is close to the metro/bus, but a 15-20 walk or so to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. There is a Carrefour close by, which was very helpful when looking for foods for the little one. There are also multiple restaurants. At night the street did get busy and we could hear traffic noise, but nothing that I’d consider too disruptive (and I’m a light sleeper). My only complaints is that some of the amenities could be upgraded. The hairdryer in the room, for example, is very old and did not do a good job in drying hair. The carpet was vacuumed, but could use a washing (it smelled a bit). The pillows were not comfortable (but the staff were glad to provide a different, smaller set). All in all, it was a good experience and the staff and location made up for the other things.. .
