Lovely staff and a great location!. The location is GREAT---it's almost across the street from Taksim Square and Istiklal St. The staff are EXCELLENT---very friendly and helpful. Meryem's breakfast is GREAT---lovely, well-prepared, and well-presented options. Also, the gym was totally adequate for my needs.. The room was nice but not quite as classy as I expected..

Wonderful, friendly service, great location, good value for your money.. The staff were extremely helpful especially Omar at the desk and Miriam in the breakfast room. Generous breakfast with eggs,cheeses, fresh fruit coffee and tea, Tea available all day. Rooms have safe, minifridge, and electric pot. Less than a 10 minute walk from Taksim Square metro, Great value for money, It is not a luxury hotel-- it is one for people looking for less expensive accommodation with great, friendly service,. There were no english language channels available on the TV..

Excellent service, definitely worth the stay!. 1. The room and its facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Towels were in excellent condition and replaced daily without even having to ask.
2. Due to availability, our room was upgraded to a larger one, which was a pleasant surprise.
3. Breakfast was varied every day and absolutely delicious.
4. The staff were exceptionally kind, approachable, and helpful. Their hospitality was outstanding—we even received fruits and nuts as a gift.
5. The hotel’s location is very close to the main tourist attractions, and the neighborhood is calm, cozy, and safe.
Thank you for everything! It was definitely worth the money, and we will be coming back again.. Everything was wonderful!.
