Friendly and comfortable, a fantastic base to explore Rome.. Natalia was so friendly and helpful with my check in at reception. She gave lots of useful information and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable, and bigger than I had expected too. It had everything needed from a hotel stay. The location is close to the Villa Borghese park which was lovely to walk around, and I might have missed it if I wasn't staying in the area. There was public transport nearby but also not too far to walk to the centre if you like to wander around and take in the atmosphere.. It's hard to say anything I didn't like because I had such a great stay! I think the only thing that could be improved is to make the sign more prominent on the outside of the building, because it's a shared building and it took me a minute to work out I had the right place..

I would not return.. The room I stayed in was next to the reception desk. Room 24. I paid extra to upgrade to a superior room. That was a big mistake. First impression, nice airy room, but then the bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom hit my nose. Disgusting! The room smells, and they have tried to mask it with plug-in air freshers, but it was making it smell sickly instead. I kept opening the window before I went out, and they obviously went into the room every time i left as it was closed every time I went back. The room was so hot also, which made the smell even harder to tolerate! Because of where the room is located. I got no sleep for the two nights. The first night was bad enough that I was very tired the next day and really hadn't the energy to do much sightseeing. So, I decided to try and rest through the day, but it was impossible. There's the noise from the printer, the doorbell, the staff chatting 🙄 the other patrons, the flooring was ridiculously loud, people coming in people leaving, the noise was constant until 4 am. I am so exhausted 😩 it is horrible. Every time I dropped off to sleep. I was woken up again. The staff are nice and very helpful. When I told the porter that I hadn't slept at all because of the noise, all he said was, "Oh! Rang a taxi for me and offered me a coffee. I honestly wish I had stayed somewhere else, but maybe the other rooms are better. It is very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and fresh towels. It's in a good location also.. .

Value for money 10/10. Firstly, I’ve seen lots of comments about how this is hard to find etc. After reading some reviews it was clear to see that the hotel was on floor 3. All you need to do is ring the buzzer at the doors and they let you in. All receptionists we encountered were lovely and very helpful! My only issue was that the hair dryer went off after about 30 seconds and took about 5 mins to regenerate and the hot water in the shower didn’t last long but value for money 10/10. What more van you ask for with a 3 star hotel? We had a fabulous time! The location is AMAZING. Not too far an Uber away from anywhere, you can get the bus but we didn’t want to. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for having us!. .

Worth it!. It depends on what you are looking for. We went for a massive walk in Rome, and we needed just bed and shower. However, the hotel exceeded our expectations as the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly, especially Natalia, on reception, who took the extra mile to explain the area, restaurants, and transport to amenities. The only downside I would say is it was quite funny to find it the first time as it is not well advertised outside. I would recommend it.. .

Good value, exactly as described. Front desk staff was helpful, including selling us bus tickets. There are multiple buses nearby. The room was basic but all we needed. It had a working fridge and the shower was great. Our room had three twin beds and they were comfy. The elevator was convenient. The only downside was that there were loud young people on the street, one night until 4 am. The windows kept a lot of noise out until they started playing music from one of the cars, and it would have been nice to sleep with the window open that night. Would definitely stay here again.. .

Not bad for the price but not comfortable.. Good location. Clean.. Double bed was two beds joined together and it was very uncomfortable for a couple to sleep in. Smell of drainage was coming from the bathroom and the shower kept switching from warm to cold. Staff were hesitant to give us some sugar to make a tea, not very friendly..

Great hotel. An unforgettable time in the Eternal City! A very nice hotel with an excellent location, helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I would like to give special mention to Radik, who was always positive and ready to assist with everything. .
