Very good. Exceptional location. Bang in the centre. Accessibility to all nearby attractions and restaurants. Always lively. Rooms are bigger compared to other hotels. Staff is very polite and helpful. I got a good balcony view as well.. The wooden flooring in the room is broken and there is a high risk of an accident or injury. Need to repair this on an urgent basis..

Delightful surprise and well located. The room was large for Barcelona standards at that price, though the price was discounted because of it being off season. Still, we had a lot of room, because we had a walker and luggage and everything, and we were not crowded. You can tell they're was a lot of pride in building this hotel and, while it shows its wear and tear in places, it was nice. Also, the needs were huge and comfortable.. The breakfast was mediocre at best, the food was cold and so was the coffee. Might as well go to a nearby Cafe for breakfast. Also, the heat took a while to warm up the room, as if the fan was very low or something. But once it finally warmed up it was fine..

The owner repeatedly raised the agreed price despite offering lower rates on Booking.com, the room had a malfunctioning. Location and breakfast and some staff plus comfortless of room was great. Owner did not keep promises on agreed price and changed it two times.
For me as a gold traveler it was unprofessional to raise prices after agreement twice and telling that is best price while they offer in booking.com cheaper prices.
Known and professional hotels are transparent about their prices with customers.
Basin was not working in room and it became full of water at first day.
There is not ventilation in toilet and we had to open window to refresh air but the door handle was too high and it was hard to open so hotel staff came into the room and opened it after some troubles..

I won’t feel comfortable to reserve this. What I like is the location, people are trying to be nice, service 24 hr there for you. They help when asked
Although the room was shown in pictures but it is much smaller in reality. The staff are trying to be nice but they have kinda of anxious approach about people getting in hotel, they need to be welcoming. I had an issue with my room and they were hesitant to change it but they change it at the end with bigger room and they did not say sorry for what happened to me. I travel a lot even inside spain but I still feel the Vibe that I am intruder.. .

Perfect!. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was so friendly, even though some of them did not speak English, they were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Everyone was exceptional, but Adam seemed to always be available and happy to help. The front desk made so many helpful and amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, beautiful stay in an amazing city!. .
