Beautiful hotel/ lovely location!. The hotel is beautiful and very stylish . The location is amazing; just by the Bosphorus.
The staff working at the reception/ SPA/ concierge / lounge and by the entrance was FIRST CLASS!!
We loved our mornings and afternoons at the Lounge with excellent service!!!
We enjoyed the pool ( very good size) very much. The sauna / spa area is amazing and hammam was fantastic!
Cleaning of the room- excellent!!!
We are also at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel- delicious with a super polite staff!. We didint like the main restaurant in the hotel- service slow and not professional; always something missing at dinner menus. We ate there only once- was average ; do not recommend!

Swimming pool is lovely however the kids left by the parents with just their nanny were shouting for hours!!!!! It was horrible!!!
The pool should have special hours for kids/ families only and certainly not in the evening were most adults want to have a good swim and relaxing jacuzzi..

Lovely stay. The welcoming at the hotel when we arrived was amazing.
The receptionist was so kind and managed to get us the room earlier than the check in time. Emircan assisted us with luggage and WiFi

A big thank you to everyone. A really big thank you to all the staff, especially Ozgen and Cem who made our experience beautiful. They made sure that we had a wonderful time and they made us feel like superstars!! Highly recommend this hotel and we will be going back!
Breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and amazing.
