Wonderful. The staff were kind and exceptional with their service. Mesut greeted us upon arrival and offered us tea and gave us guidance for our first ever stay in Istanbul. Senur was generous with her time and service as she assisted us during breakfast. Overall the staff is professional and welcoming which made our trip fantastic! We can’t wait to return and we know exactly where to stay.. .

Alzer truly special class!. Strategic locations to Hagia Sofya and Sultanahmet mosque. And the breakfast spread. Warm welcome on the first day. Request for twin bed was not fulfilled but was told that we had been upgraded.
