great location near the metro-easy to go airport. walking distance to many sites, very comfortable. I am sorry to not have his name, but the desk reception staff were extremely helpful for providing info for getting around town, using metro and restaurant suggestions. The pillows were soft and the bed and bedding comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a great selection.. Need a better rooftop lounging area. The hot tub was cold water which was great for me but most were looking for a hot "hot" tub. Not enough chairs for sitting..

The worst experience at the hotel in my life. . Do not book this hotel!!!!!
The quality of the service doesn't match the price. I paid 150 to stay a night in Barcelona, but the wifi is too weak and doesn't connect. Even my phone network working slowly (I think it's because of the location)
The location is not that close to the city centre. Only had soap for my body and hair, No conditioner. Also, the hairdryer stopped working and often took so much time to dry my hair.
The service of the reception is bad. When I was doing the check-in process, a group of females came in and asked reception to borrow glue to fix something. He could help them after finishing my check-in but he prioritised them instead of me (the customer)..

Good but be careful which room you get.. The hotel was a good location for walking to Las Ramblas and the harbour (approx. 10 minutes for both) and to the Montjuic cable car (15-20 mins).
Security was very good.. Our room on the 5th (top) floor - there was a generator (or similar) above the room which ran 24 hours a day and could get annoying when you're trying to sleep.
Request not to be in rooms 508-511 which I'm thinking could all be affected. We were in 511..
