Poor. . Breakfast is terrible, staff knows absolutely no English (not even the word water), not helpful at all, there was no water in the hotel for 2 hours (right when we had to shower for a wedding) and the hotel provided no solution, and on top wanted to charge extra fees for a water bottle given we had no water to even use the restroom. No one cleaned the room or gave us clean sheets/towels in 5 days, 5 days with no new trash bags no new toilet paper nothing clean is insane. I’ve stay at shared hostels that are cleaner and much better service. Don’t recommend..

My life's worst experience. My reservation was from August 28th to September 6th. When I arrived at the hotel room, there was no washing machine, for which I had paid an extra 348 euros. I had chosen this hotel primarily because of the washing machine, which was shown in the pictures on booking.com and listed in the facilities as well. When I approached the staff and asked about the washing machine, he responded to me in a very inappropriate manner, saying that there wasn't one and told me that if I wasn't satisfied, I should leave the hotel, even though he had already received the full amount. This negatively impacted our mood within the first 10 minutes of our arrival. I had another reservation at the same hotel from September 12th to September 16th, which was also fully paid in advance, amounting to 171.36 euros. I chose not to return to the hotel due to their poor treatment, so I had to pay for another hotel and ended up paying double just to avoid going back to Andi Hotel. Their breakfast was really bad and did not justify the price paid in any way. Another bad experience: I needed a plate to put my own fruit on, so I went down to the front desk. They said they didn't have any, and the kitchen was closed. Later, when we found out there was no water in the sink, I had to ask for a bottle of water, but they said there was nothing they could do. This is a poor service and a bad experience beyond all expectations. It's the first and last time in my life at this terrible and dirty hotel. I can't get over the fact that they truly ruined our anniversary and our holiday, which we had been looking forward to for a very long time. I expect at the very least a written apology from their manager, and even better, some form of compensation or a full refund, as I don't believe their service deserves more than 1 euro at most. My recommendation to all tourists is to stay away from this hotel because it is very poor in terms of food, facilities, service, and how they treat their guests. . .
