The owner and staff were always there to help us in every need. Nice lively area with folk music from the nearby restaurants. Local breakfast with different main option every day. Great coffee. Sensitive staff changed our room when they noticed one of us had mobility problems without us asking for it.. Nothing to mention.

Not my kind of place. . This place is not guest-centric.. stayed 5 nights....room was small and noisy, hotel location is in place difficult for taxi to get to, so we walk to where taxi is waiting, tram is at top of long steep hill (better to get hotel near, or on, street where tram is), tiny trash can in awkward place in tiny bathroom, one thin blanket, must request for room service, no hook in bathroom, plywood furniture, no chair, no hot water one day, broken hair dryer (was replaced but still), no flexibility in breakfast time by 1 minute, instant coffee at breakfast, I was shy even to ask for second cup of coffee. Just small things made stay uncomfortable..

Exceptional. I liked literally everything: from the room to the delicious breakfasts, dinners and the hotel administration, who were always ready to help with any question.
p.s.: special thanks to the owner of the hotel Volkan. If you go 100-200 meters away from the hotel, you can end up in a slum, although there are many entertainment venues around this place and the main attractions are within easy reach.

I will come back one day for sure to this place.. I totally enjoyed my stay in this place , owners and everybody who works there they are extremely friendly willing to help you in any request including transport to airport , tasty breakfast and dinner, they have usually fresh fish ,breakfast is also very good. In front of the restaurant they sell also fresh squeezed juices , orange , pomegranate etc.. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain..
