Overall a good stay near the airport with an easy access by train to central Paris.. The rooms are spacious, larger than average, and the location is excellent with ample parking available. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby is well-equipped with a coffee machine and a microwave, and there’s also a snack shop if you need to purchase anything. Overall, a great stay! Access to central Paris via Par des Expositions.. Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved. Additionally, a few essentials were missing, such as shower slippers, an adequate supply of toilet rolls, and robes..

Poor. The foyer. The bathroom was very smelly The odour was so strong and it permeated the bedroom area I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and the window open The restaurant had a menu of one starter one main and one desert The cafe wasn’t open all day.

Bad. It was close to my training center. Seriously the cleaning it was good but no water on the room for the coffee machine, and no tissue when you ask they ignore.

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a €70 deposit via my credit card. Additionally, I ordered breakfast for €25, and I was informed that the remaining amount of €45 (€70 - €25) would be refunded after check-out. However, after checking out, I only received €17.87, meaning €52.13 was deducted instead of the expected €25 for breakfast. This is incorrect and does not match the conditions stated at check-in. I kindly request an immediate review of this issue and a refund of the missing €27.13 to my original payment method. Please provide clarification on why this discrepancy occurred. Poor. Location and room space. I was traveling from a day and the flight was cancelled that’s why I needed a place where having a shower and recovering well for few hours before leaving. The room was cold, I’ve ask many time to solve the issue and just after more than one hour, someone came and giving me an heater. The results was that I have waited until midnight to go sleeping. The woman at the desk didn’t understand my mood..
