Best hotel in Paris. This hotel is a great option, if you book with time in advance you get a good price for comfortable and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, we got a free mini bar everyday and also there were free snacks everyday starting at 14:00 with coffee, tea, croissant, cake, fruits...The personnel was kind and helpful, it is located in a nice area fool of restaurant and busses and metro stations are les than 5min walk away. We had a very pleasant stay in here :). I would definitely recommend and would go back if I'm in Paris again.. .

Very good. A great staff, super hospitable and very friendly! I loved it! And I thank the whole team for making my stay comfortable and pleasant!. The street to which the hotel is overlooking is very busy and noisy. Every day from a very early morning the cars were picking up the garbage..

Perfect hotel and price quality ratio. I spend 3 nights here with my son. We both loved the hotel. Very clean hotel en room, good and varied breakfast. Location is perfect, just 10-15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and Montmartre, within half an hour you are along the Seine river and the Louvre and Notre Dame. Metro station within several minutes as well. We loved the extra bonus of a free minibar and sweet snacks from 2pm onwards. Next time we will choose this hotel again.. .

Exceptional. We stayed this hotel for mom’s birthday. The important thing was her review. She thinks 5/5 for this hotel. Everything was so clean, staff was very friendly. We enjoyed every moments.. .

Unforgettable Stay. This was my first visit to Paris, and thanks to Hotel Palm, it was a truly wonderful and seamless experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the gentleman at reception (I’m so sorry I forgot his name!). The location is fantastic — we walked almost everywhere, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. But what made this stay extra special was the view from our room. My mom has dreamed of visiting Paris her whole life, and for her 65th birthday, I finally made that wish come true. Thanks to Hotel Palm, it became an unforgettable trip for both of us. Merci beaucoup! We hope to return one day.. .

The absolute perfect hotel in Paris.. We took the train into the city and walked to the hotel which took about 15 minutes. The hotel location is super convenient and close to some great cafes, restaurants and stores. It's about a 20 minute walk to Montmartre which we loved. The room was perfect and included a balcony where we could see the Eiffel Tower. Bed is comfy, room is clean, room service came and restocked our drinks every day. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were absolutely incredible. Emma was a delight and so kind. We checked in on my birthday and they sent a gift and some snacks to my room. The customer service was an A+. We already told our friends who plan to stay here and when we come back will make sure we book this hotel again.. Nothing.
