The Irish bar below. Good location clean and tidy . We were unfortunate to have a room on the second floor over looking the Main Street only because we were situated above an Irish bar which was open until 0500 each morning and it was well used. The noise wasn’t good with thumping music and loud public all night . Sorry but I doubt would use the hotel again because of this .. .

Excellent ... My daughter and I were presented with a bottle of cava and chocolates once we had checked in.
This was a lovely surprise and well received.
The room was well decorated and although it was front facing the secondary glazing was very good and cut out 90% of the work.. Shower unit could have been a little larger ....

Great location, customer care at the top. We were in Paris for the fashion week and the hotel is placed in a very strategic location. Despite the tiny rooms, I have to admit that the welcoming staff and customer service is absolutely fantastic. Mr. Ishara and the rest of the team have taken care of everything with kindness and professionalism. We’ll choose this Hotel again for sure if in Paris.. .

Don’t book direct. You will get a bad deal.. Location and the staff team. Being put in a room the size of a broom cupboard. Until we moved it, the thick glass topped table housing the (warm) mini-bar blocked a good half of the doorway to the room. A bedside table with suspended lamp above was only possible on one side of the bed. The person on the other side slept with their head under a lampshade. Getting to the bathroom in the night meant navigating around the table top without bruising, let alone breaking skin. (We are both thin people btw.) The room was boiling even with the radiator on frost setting as the pipework belted out heat while the aircon only worked during summer months. We needed the window open to keep cool and so had to put up with all the noisy extractors in the dumbell to our room. When I this out, staff advised that it wasn’t just this one room but ALL in the same (standard double) category. I have never paid anything like this nightly rate for a hotel room. I did it for a special occasion to be with another couple booking through BA. They got an upgrade to a fabulous sized room..

Good hospitality. The location of this hotel is very good with food places and convenient transportation. The staff was awesome especially the gentleman that welcomed us, Mr. Ishara. He was very helpful and made our trip great. He advised us on places to visit and what train to take that made our vacation very interesting.
I would stay at this hotel again when in Paris.. .
