Bad. The staff was friendly. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the room was in a terrible state: it smelled strongly of urine, there was hair everywhere, and there was no hot water. This was completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic.
The reception assured us that we would receive a partial refund due to these significant issues on their side. However, Booking.com later informed us that this wasn’t possible because the hotel had offered another room. This was very frustrating, as the core problems—poor hygiene and lack of basic amenities—remained unresolved.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness. Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay in Paris..
