I would stay here again. It was my third stay at this hotel and I would gladly stay here again. The rooms are very clean, the staff is kind and the location is perfect, being close to a metro station, a bus station and a tram station.. .

A wonderful, cozy stay with a fair price!. Our stay was WONDERFUL. The hotel is delightful, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was very attentive and welcoming, and the ambiance is very cozy and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean. We liked having filtered water replenished daily in the room, as well as an efficient heating system that was important on the colder days. The breakfast was excellent too. Everything was very tasty, well prepared, and offered several options, despite the somewhat limited variety. The quality of the food, breads, and condiments was great, very good quality. The hotel offers free hot beverages throughout the stay and has a self-service drink bar (paid) that starts in the late afternoon and goes until midnight. It was delightful to return from an outing after a long freezing day and be able to drink a hot chocolate with pastries in the hotel lobby. The attendants were always available to assist with whatever was needed during the stay. The price we paid, although not cheap, was totally fair and affordable by the standards we encountered during the dates we visited Paris. It was a great find and certainly made all the difference in not feeling exploited. Overall, an excellent hotel, highly recommended!. The only point we didn't like and that deserves attention was the paid meals that the hotel offered. After a long day, we were hungry and ordered two dishes from the menu through room service: a salmon, and a steak with potatoes. When they arrived, to our surprise, they were in a glass jar and were frozen meals made in the microwave. What shocked me the most was seeing the food's expiration date: FOUR (4) years! When we complained to the management, they promptly apologized and did not charge us for the dishes, which we thought was fair. However, I cannot deny that it was completely against our expectations of what we thought the hotel would offer and what it actually offered. It did not overshadow or undo the great image the hotel had built up until then, but I strongly suggest reconsidering these offered dishes. It is better not to offer anything than this "food" that is completely incompatible with the hotel's level. Also, standardizing the staff would be interesting. Almost everyone was extremely friendly, but some were not as much. Some were quite proactive, others not so much. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay! Very few negative points compared to numerous positive ones!.

Exceptional. It wasn’t far to walk to the metro station. The bathroom was clean, which I appreciated, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful time. Merci!. .

See you soon! :). I had some reservation conflicts and after pushing my November stay to December they were able to push it back up to November in a few hours last minutes! The staff is incredible! My room was on the smaller side but I didn’t mind bc I only slept there. Plus, I had a view of the Eiffel Tower. My room was spotless! Very clean. Bed was comfortable. I travel to Paris frequently and will definitely be booking! I loved the honest bar too.. Nothing..
