It Was Okay. My husband and I stayed here for a week. While we had a good experience, it is doubtful that we would stay again given the limited size of the room we booked. If you are traveling alone, the basic room may be okay for you but I would recommend upsizing the room or selecting a different hotel.
The pros of our stay - hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The place is very clean and very convenient to the metro (right across the street) and convenient to some grocers & shops. Safe neighborhood.
The cons - the catacombs is the only tourist destination nearby (~ 3-4 blocks). Noise level from the street is high. Very close quarters, especially the bathroom. Limited air conditioning options...we opened our window to try to get circulation in the room. No business office amenities...the clerk on duty let us use his computer to print out our boarding passes.
Did this place ruin our vacation? Definitely not! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel overall for a single traveler or a couple looking for a short stay. We were on the go for the most part during the day and really used this as a place to rest at night and put our head down before heading out the next morning.. .

Exceptional. Really nice room and great location. Easy to get to various places in Paris. Also the you can catch the airport train jus a 5min walk away from the hotel. The staff was also super helpful.. .
