Desirable . Clean and good hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, nice staff, good accessibility. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel as well as a big shopping center (Marmara park). You can access all by walking.
It’s also near to mindi PTE academy center ( about 20 mins by foot) which was the reason of my trip. All in all everything perfect.. .
