A totally adequate hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was good - central but quiet and near to the Metro/Tram/Bus Routes.
The layout of the quadruple room was really good - very spacious, a double bed with an adjoining room for 2. Perfect for families. Bathroom was good - large with a shower/bath. Shower was very powerful and hot.
Breakfast was fine. Plentiful and of adequate quality.. Bed was too soft. No duvet. Synthetic sheets. Shower head wasn't secure in the bracket so the power of it (see above) sent it crazy, spraying water all over the room..

Very good. Very good located hotel. Sagrada Familia and the subway are reachable with a few minutes' walk. Stuff greats you well and very helpful if needed.. Can't say it was sparkly clean..

Self and facilities were good but the room was too small very clean but the beds was like sleeping on a lump of stone so. The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. The rooms were small. The staff were fantastic.. The rooms were small the beds were hard as rock as though you were sleeping on a lump of stone and the pillars weren’t very good too.
