Loved it, there’s so many great restaurants & little shops around. The staff (I never got his name) but he is a tall. The windows actually fully opened! How cool is that . The WiFi was a little crappy but it did what it could. .

Couldn't fault the staff, from reception to kitchen to cleaners, very friendly and welcoming.. Could do with some redecorating, especially in our room, plaster peeling of the ceiling in the bathroom, bedroom had chunks of paper missing from the wall, bathroom door could have done with a touch up.
Listing claims rooms are soundproof - not true, we were on the 2nd floor and you could hear people in the street at stupid o clock in the morning talking and shouting amongst each other.
Staff need to be a bit more attentive at breakfast, as friendly as they are, sometimes there were a lot of food items missing that would only get replaced if you asked for that item. The selection wasn't massive but was decent..
