. When we arrived the staff were lovely, they provided all the relevant information needed. We arrived to our room and we had some door problems however they solved the problem and moved us to another room and assisted us as much as they can. The staff in each department are friendly and the hotel is clean. . .

Second time being here. Didnt liked the Russian receptionist. So unfriendly and serious. Maybe its the last hour of her work after standing there for so long. Also why they keep giving us room if not infront of the lift, beside the lift?. .

Best hotel. It was great .it eas my 60th birthday and the staff noticed so gave card and couple of chocs plus 2 free cavas .so nice that someone notice .all the staff where fab .il be back next year .really loved hotel .. .

Oh dear such a shame. Awful food. Took until our 9th when I needed my epipen at reception did things change. Have to say the staff was superb while I was having an attack. The pool area oh dear you really have to start enforcing the rules. Re sunbeds. Your allowing people to reserve them but they do not return for a couple of hours leaving people to sit on hard chairs .also adults only oh dear unruly teenagers throwing things from balconies into pool area. Adults are over 18 . Sorry guys. adious this was are 2nd time staying your going down like the titanic. .

. très bien repas moyen pas trop de choix pour un 4* sup parking trop cher et place a l'extérieure payante mais moins cher point fort le spa individuel fermé a clé le top et le toute inclus pas mal de choix en boissons . .
