Good. They were flexible enough to take us in at midnight, the staff was super nice and the place was clean. It was a little old, so the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Doesn't deserves 4*, not recommended. Very disapointing for calling themselves a 4* hotel, no good quality-price rate. The first room was smelling to sweat, dust not cleaned and strange white and hard particles all over the left part of the floor. We kindly asked a change of room thinking we just had bad luck. But next room also smelled bad. Not as bad as the previous one, but not as a clean room. The carpet was full of disgusting stains, in ans out the room, everywhere. I didn't have the courage to go without slippers. Three out of four plugs didn't work. Matrasses were deformed. No tea/coffee/water or water boiler in the room, and drinks so expensive in the bar. In the breakfast no one was cleaning the tables for having a new one and it was no cutlery.

ok hotel to stay at if you don't need to get to the centre of Rome, don't expect much.. Comfy beds, nice staff. spacious room and clean.. far from everything, facilities falling apart, bad breakfast and food overall. elevators always out of order. Felt like the hotel was 4 stars 20 years ago but not anymore. carpets were old, rust stains and really worn out..

Great hotel - do not read the bad reviews!. This hotel was perfect for us, do not read the bad reviews! The room was clean and the maids where so helpful and kind they would bring us anything we needed whether it be an extra towel or extra toilet roll etc. And the rooms were cleaned. The reception staff very helpful and friendly, we had a very warm welcome. The only one issue we came across was that we stayed in this hotel so we had a pool to use in the heat of august, however it was closed for maintenance for 4/5 days of our trip. But being in Rome we were out of the hotel most of the time anyway so this was not an issue really. Also the hotel is far from the city, we ended up spending over 400 euros on taxi's to get in and out of the city, however i enjoyed traveling in and out as we got to see more of Rome, and the hotel was so peaceful. Do not read the bad reviews as all in all the hotel is lovely.. .

Weak and so far. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty. Elevator doesnt working. Stuff in the restaurant is very rude, especially Guy at the entrance in restaurant who is asking for cards. Breakfast was very weak, nothing without a ham. Top far from the city. .
