Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. We had a Paris view room (413) and the view was perfect and something that we couldn’t get enough of. We also had a balcony that was beautiful. We’d sit with the windows open and enjoy the view. The room was comfortable and clean, not super modern but we were happy as it was what we expected All the staff are so friendly and helpful and made us feel really special. The location is spot on, we walked to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Taxi from the train station (Eurostar) was only €15 and the nearest metro station is Tuileries. Would deffo return.. .

. The property was filthy, and they provided no service. When I asked to move because, at my age, I couldn't safely get into the old tub in our room, they found us another room. They told me we had to leave my room immediately and return at 3 pm and check into the new room. I said we wanted to stay in our room until the other one was ready. The manager on duty informed me that it would not take long to check us in after the guest left; all they had to do was change the sheets. Then I knew why our room had trash on the floor, and I cleaned a lot of furniture with the wipes I had brought with me. The bar glasses were so bad that I couldn't have a drink with my husband. They did try to dry wipe my husband's glass clean before they gave him a little wine. The Champagne glasses they used for the Welcome Drink were the only thing that looked clean. We had our family in another room with a shower, so we used theirs. Additionally, I had three bug bites on my back when I woke up with on the second morning. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.. .

Bad value for money room was far inferior to that which was advertised.. The Room was very cold as the hotel’s heating was off, had an electric oil radiator put in our room upon request as they couldn’t start the central heating. €450 per night, 5th and top floor not good and the room we were allocated nothing like the amazing picture of the rooms the show when booking, very misleading, and therefore bad value, not what was advertised. Phone in room for reception and room service doesn’t work and not fixed even when reported to reception Wifi very weak. This is in central Paris right next to the Louvre Bar shuts at 22.00 hrs, so no chance of a drink after night out for a meal. No milk for the tea or coffee provided in the room Wash hand basin badly chipped and made it look like it had not been cleaned. Staff were friendly, in a good location. Over all would not recommend.. .

Highly Recommend!!. This was the perfect hotel for our visit to Paris! The location of the hotel was ideal. Close to all the top attractions! We stayed in the junior suites with the city views. It was amazing to see the Eiffel Tower not only during the day but at night - the lights and the sparkling light show! The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable! The staff was top notch!! Always willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend this hotel!. .

. We chose a deluxe room, very small for the exorbitant price tag of $1000 per night. Next to a lift so noisy as well. Breakfast was mediocre, hot Bain Marie’s are not replenished in a timely mainly.. .

Please see abovec. Excellent stat We have been to Paris many times Usually 4 star hotels Hotel Brighton the best we have stayed in Louis from reception was very very helpful. .

Wonderful Week at Hotel Brighton. We are a well-traveled American couple in our early fifties who have visited Paris on several occasions. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Brighton. We stayed for a week in a third-floor Junior Suite facing the courtyard. The room was large and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and two big windows that opened into the courtyard. Very well appointed with nice touches that make you appreciate that you are staying in a boutique and not a large chain. The room was exceptionally quiet and very clean. Common areas, particularly the lobby, are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. Great service all around. The location cannot be beat.. .
