Spring Break in Barcelona. As a previous front desk manager of a hotel I found the front desk girl at check in was very monotone and not receptive to the guest checking in. I had to ask for the information that would normally be provided by a welcoming front desk clerk checking in a guest. When I was asking about the reservation fee, the clerk cut off the question, which was very off-putting and discouraged from asking any further questions. Hospitality was very lacking from this individual. The room was clean. The breakfast/restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, accessible to the metro to the city center. The bus stop is right in front as well. Various restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was highly on point. It was not overly expensive. Overall, great stay, the check-in staff just needs to be more welcoming towards guests. It's a good place for a bed to sleep and shower if you're a tourist that's going to spending 99 percent of the time out and about the cities of Barcelona.. .

Becarfull. Becarfull with money or personal belongings 500 euro was taken out of my bag in my room the room didn't provide any safebox to but my stuff safe some where and this happened.

Very close to beach, nice neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and shall walk in the street.. .
