not worth the money.. . I arrived late at night at the hotel with a child. I booked a room in advance and paid. But they didn't want to check me in and asked me to pay again. As a result, I was left on the street with a six-year-old child. At night and with money withdrawn from the card. Terrible service and maintenance. I do not recommend..

Beautiful trip to Paris.. Very clean room. Good shower Good location. Bed wasn't very comfortable Room quite small. Fridge wasn't working..

we enjoyed Le Katorze, place was impeccably clean, decor was very nice, lots of cafes in the area. we loved the cleanlines, the modern decor.. unhelpfulness from one female receptionist..

Better sweet!. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The other hospitality staff was really friendly and made the stay bare able.. The lady at the reception was RUDE! Especially to us as we were none French speaking. Barely knew anything about the hotel, from parking, room air conditioning and wa so rude about giving back the insulin ice packs that we had asked the guy who was available at night to freeze for us. She is really rude and a terrible face for the place. It takes away the joy of enjoying the place! Not a happy customer.

Good. The location was good very close to the metro Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels. The staff at the reception weren’t the friendliest. No information re our stay and available facilities were provided on check in. The staff at the reception didn’t inform us re our pre booking fee. Very poor communication from the staff no advices/ tips were given..
