Great location amd helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location and the staff ia very helpful especially Maite. Breakfast was also very tasty with a good variety of items. We stayed in the busiest season and they managed to keep the level and quality of service so they earned my highest recommendation.. .

Great location for city break!. Great location in the city, so easy to walk to anywhere. Breakfast has plenty of options of both hot and cold food.. The cleanliness of the hotel is not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel..

Will be a lovely hotel once it’s had its face lift. Shame it has to be done in a way we all have to see it smell it. Lovely hotel great location but renovation is being made in hotel and it’s everywhere and a little messy and smell of paint which makes it’s not the best experience but without that would be much better. .

Modern look.. It was like a construction site, they were apparently reconstructing... there were workers in the corridors and they had obviously made a mess and noise. This didn't seem right to us since you can't do maintenance while there are tourists in the hotel. At least they should have offered cheaper prices to justify the mess. Also, the elevators were slow and almost always busy, so we often used the stairs to avoid waiting so long. It was a 4-star hotel, but we did not think it met the standards for being one. In other 4-star hotels we have seen they have: a swimming pool, gym, games room such as ping pong, billiards, table football, etc. There was nothing like that at this hotel. We also had complaints about the breakfast, which was not very good quality (yogurt, chocolate cream, jam...).There were no dried fruits or nuts either. Besides, there was a person who simply stood guard over the food, which seemed unnecessary, even annoying..
