Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our time at the hotel.. We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, while the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The hotel consists of four buildings within the same premises, with a lovely courtyard in the center, furnished with tables for relaxation. Upon arrival, the staff guided us to the building where our room was located, making the whole process very smooth and convenient. Before arriving, we were concerned by some previous reviews claiming that the rooms were far away, but this turned out to be completely misleading, as all the buildings are within the same area.
The staff was extremely polite and always willing to help. The cleanliness was impeccable, as our room was cleaned daily, and the towels were also changed every day.
If we were to change anything, it would only be the location, as the area seemed a little unsafe to us.
Overall, an excellent experience that we would definitely repeat! We highly recommend it.. Location.

Great place to stay, quiet neighbourhood. Very clean, relatively close to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants close to ther hotel. Around 9 min walk to the metro station
Veggies at the breakfast were not great, quite soft tomatoes and cucumbers, but overal decent and good value for the money..

Good value for money. The Cross Hotel is on a pretty good location, 15min walking from Termini station. The city centre and Vatican can be reach by metro from Manzini station which is few minutes walking down the street. The rooms are clean and pretty comfortable for 3star hotel. The sitting area in the garden is a great advantage. But the breakfast was dissapointing - born and untasty. The staff could improve their language skills because just few of them can understand english. However, it was not bad experience for short stay.. .

Strongly recommend!. Fantastic Hotel! They are very well located, they have a great breakfast and very good and helpful staff. They have parking as well. Strongly recommend and will definitely return one day. Trip advisor needs 200 minimum characters so I will say this - When in Rome, do as the Romans do! :). .
