Electricity problems, darkness 3 times per evening because of “high load”.
Ignored our request to fix the problematic sockets.
When asked for a late checkout, the wanted 100 euros for 5 hours. Very bad hotel..

This was a beautiful hotel steps away from the Trevi fountains lots of pizza, restaurants, and pasta restaurants lots of gelato stores close by lots of shopping and jewelry and you could walk within 20 minutes to any place close the hotel had all the amenities of an American hotel, the breakfast was good And it was just a nice place to stay.. .

Perfect location and amazing hotel. I cannot praise this hotel enough. Its was my first time to Rome
and on arrival we were told our room had been upgraded. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotless. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the bar is very relaxed and cocktails amazing. The location is perfect and there is also a lovely little pizza place opposite. Thank you for a really lovely stay. We had such a lovely time and we will definitely be returning and will recommend your gorgeous hotel to my friends and family.. .

Close to Trevi fountain. A stone's throw away from Trevi fountain. Pleasant staff. Stayed here for 2 nights before heading to the Amalfi Coast. This was our 5th visit to Rome and the location can't be beat. There are restaurants in the area. Walkable to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We had a triple room and we had plenty of space and closet space too.. .

Great hotel, perfect location, but someone in the staff doesn’t seem trustworthy. Watch Out in this hotel. DON’T let your valuables unattended and put everything in the lockers. my money was stolen from my wallet in my room. I left the hotel for a run of 45 minutes between check in and dinner and someone entered my room with a key and stole my cash money. 100% sure, proof available. The hotel is great, location perfect, but someone in the staff seems not trustworthy.. .
