. - I would never recommend this hotel to a friend as it is overpriced, not properly maintained, & have bad housekeeping services. - When I first checked-in, I found that the safety box not functioning properly, & I requested the technician to fix it. - When booking my suite, the suite description indicated that the sitting area have sofa-bed, but instead I found a regular sofa, & when requested one, the hotel manager promised to provide an extra bed, but unfortunately it was not delivered, & we used the sofa as a bed for my son…!! - The light motion detector sensor in the closet was defective (light kept turning on & off while sleeping), & when requested to fix it, the technician simply disconnected it from power! - To open the closet door, you need extra muscles, as the rollers are defective. - The hotel did not provide facial tissue in the room or bathroom, even after I requested it from housekeeping the first day. On the second day and after tipping the housekeeper, he provided facial tissue! - Bad A/C cooling system & design, the air flows more on the sitting area & not on the sleeping room. - There was cockroach in the bathroom. - Basin water flow was more than what the drainage could handle in the wash area, & the technician could not manage to fix it! - The suite had two TV sets; one did not have remote control while the available one did not have battery cover! - Breakfast was Ok, & the view of the restaurant was nice. . .

. For an average of $110 per night , I stayed in the worst dirtiest smelly hotel room in my life. The bed sheets smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep. Pillow were very uncomfortable and the cover was very small and smelly. The shower was loaded with mold and rust and greedy floor . Hallways dark no working lights . . .

5. Geen geweldige hotel. Het enige was het mooie uitzicht naar de zee. Donkere interieur en de gang naar de kamer toe. Slechte lift . .

close to all. Beautiful location, easy access to transportation. more negatives than positives about the hotel. I have stayed many times and this time was beyond horrible. The room we got last minute so it was not the bosphorus room. So we got the regular rooms city view. Well there is no city view, just views of generator pumps to the hotel. The smell of the rooms was so gross you felt like you smelled like sewage. Even after complaining they just smile say we will put air freshner. Well sewage smell never left along with the power outages in hotel daily. And the rooms are NOT sound proof anywhere in hotel, you can hear everything and everyones conversations from all directions even from elevators. No privacy at all. I love hotel only for location purposes. Staff needs to learn more English but again no one in Turkey speaks English so I guess learning Turkish is only option :). .

. Ich war 2 Tage im diese Hotel und die Frühstück war immer gleiche… sonst alles war gut… ausricht war Super. .

Not a very pleasant stay. Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. For breakfast it was surprising that we had to pay extra for a hot chocolate and for eggs. Those are basic things which should be a part of a breakfast. On the other side the staff was very helpful. As soon as we complained they changed the room for us. During check out one of the staffs really tried hard to get us a taxi. Unfortunately I personally wouldn't go again to the hotel . .

. Very very bad First floor a lot of noise and no view Sixth floora lot of noise beacuse there is a restoran on the seventh floor and all the time has a lot of noise due to the moving of chair Even in the middle of the night. .

good value great location. The location is perfect and close to the taksim and istiklal. The breakfast was with a beautiful view of the bosphorous. Now they have renewed all the hotel so that is a plus point for the hotel.. .
