Passable. The place was ok overall.. The staff was nice but couldn’t speak English. They didn’t clean our rooms for 4 days and one of us had a baby so you can imagine the smell. My room was so small and had a lot of stairs to go there..

Very poor. Friendly staff. It was my worst stay ever. I stayed in Türkiye for over 10 days in 5 different hotels and it was awesome but on the last day of my visit I came to Hotel Symbola for one night . the room was so dirty dust on the floor , we found 2 worms , one on the bed , my room which meant to be with garden view the only view we got was the next door room , the worst of all that we couldn't sleep all night at all because the was a noise coming from the hydraulics and the boiler every almost 10 minutes which sound loud especially that was next to the room so no Soundproofing no Sofa as it shows in the room facility no TV channel at all , no hairdryer , i called the reception they put me on hold for couple minutes
then they hanged up .... never again.

Good value. Location, great staff. Very nice buildings and old rooms with decorated wood panelling. Breakfast was good quality.. Room was not very clean, there were dust balls on the pelmet on top of the curtains. AC stopped working and due to staff being limited in the evening it wasn't fixed. Room was a little noisy due to the highway nearby, but it didnt bother our kid. Would stay again if the room was exceptionally clean..
