Awful. I'm sorry to say this hotel is terrible. The receptionist cannot speak a word of English so does a runner when she sees us coming. The air conditioning is very rarely on and in the height of summer this is not acceptable. The mattresses are old ripped and so soft you sink in the middle. Actually took photos of them, it looked rotton.
This is supposed to be nonsmoking but the bedding smells of stale smoke.
Awful for a non smoker.
The breakfast was appalling. Hardly anything there. Cold, and the ham looked so iffy I would have been scared to eat it.
This was apparently a 4 star. 😄😄😄 in your dreams
This was part of a very expensive leger holiday. Only 2 nights but couldn't wait to get out.

Big mistake. Hotel is never a 4 star in a million years. 2 STAR IBIS IS BETTER
No Iron or board in room
No fridge
No coffee making facilities
Breakfast is the most basic I’ve ever seen in my life of staying in hotels for 50 years.
Parking is safe under the hotel
Rooms are clean but been damaged Bathroom door smashed and shower holder rod ripped off and stuck under sink .
When staff was told. The reply was. There’s nothing I can do.
All in all I WOUDNT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND it to friends. .

A real bad stay won't stay again.. The breakfast was not good few basic things in a limited quantity, we asked them that can they prepare Omelet with white yolk as one of my colleague had medical issues, they simply refused. The staff in the morning was smile less and didn't care about the guests. The rooms are old with old furniture, carpets were stained, I would give it a 01 Star rating..No English Channel on TV, remote was broken and above all the heater was not working, as it was cold in Paris. The staff said sorry we cannot repair heater at the moment.... Nothing.
