There was a wonderful restaurant right next door called Zarzar.
The breakfast was the best we’ve had provided by a Hotel and all of Italy. It was very very good.
The room was small. Was not clean very well when we asked it to be. Staff is a little odd. The night person or early in the morning person looks like you just got out of bed. I was going to college classes. . .

. I stayed at this hotel mainly for its excellent location, which is ideal if you’re planning to focus your visit around the Vatican. It’s just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square, making it very convenient for attending Mass, papal audiences, or exploring the area at your own pace.
The rooms are spacious, which is a plus in a city like Rome. However, the furniture and decor feel a bit dated, and the hotel would benefit from some renovation. That said, the room was clean and comfortable for sleeping.
The breakfast was very good: a nice selection of sweet and savory items, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Overall, it’s a practical, well-located option if proximity to the Vatican is your main priority. A good value, as long as you’re not expecting modern luxury.

Decent hotel in a great spot. Nice hotel in the lovely Prati neighborhood a short walk from the Ottaviano metro station.
Lots of good shopping, bars and restaurants within a short walk.
Not a large room, but everything we needed, including a jet tub, that we didn't use.
Breakfast was included, acceptable, but could be improved with more variety.. .
