. The hotel has a beautiful terrace and very good staff. My room was horrible it had an overpowering smell of sewerage and was so small. The breakfast was good but the plates didnt smell clean. I am bot a picky peraon but that smell is still in my system and i cannot get it out of my nose. .

. Well I would like to find some fault, as I am sure that some days things are far from perfect. But from my experience the hotel and in particular the staff are fantastic adverts for why everyone should visit Istanbul. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, they are all polite, the meals are varied and will cater for most tastes, the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, the hotel is situated centrally with a tram stop outside the hotel, where you can head off and explore the city. But most of all the staff will help you make the most of your time.. .
